Launched in 2020 as the event industry’s response to the climate crisis, isla has grown from 12 founding members to more than 70. Our members work collaboratively to solve our shared sustainability challenges. Every event business that becomes a member is moving the dial forward on industry sustainability.

Our training is designed to give event teams the skills to move event sustainability agendas forward, better responding to client needs and innovating solutions.

In January 2020, isla launched its first member-only working group to tackle industry standardisation. The outcome? proseed.
Developed in collaboration and with a dedicated task force, the proseed working group has resulted in this free industry resource for all.
